NEWBURGH, NY – Four players from the Mount Saint Mary College women's tennis team were named to the Skyline all-conference teams on Monday. Junior
Rebecca Schwartz (New Windsor, N.Y.) and sophomore
Lindsay Searle (Unionville, N.Y.) were named to the first team while juniors
Danielle Kehoe (Goshen, N.Y.) and
Caitlin Giordano (Walden, N.Y.) were honored on the second team.
Searle was 9-6 at first singles and teamed with Schwartz for a 9-6 record at first doubles. Together, Searle and Schwartz finished third in the Skyline Conference doubles tournament. Schwartz finished the season 11-4 at second singles.
Kehoe was 11-1 at third singles and paired with Giordano for a 12-1 mark at second doubles. Giordano was 13-2 in singles play and also finished 13-2 in doubles. In the year-end Skyline Conference doubles tournament, Kehoe and Giordano finished second, losing only to the championship-winning team from Farmingdale.
